Handwritten Card

These days email is so common that handwritten letters and cards are almost non-existent. Therefore, when a customer takes the time to mail us a nice card of appreciation, it means that much more that.

Thank you for a job well done! I "Simply" love my new floors. The installers did an excellent job very professional and helpful in executing the wood and carpet.

Well, I just got married on Memorial Day and went on my Honeymoon for a week. Going on vacation when you own and operate your own business is definetly an interesting experience. I almost felt guilty for turning off my phone and not checking my emails while I was gone. (almost) Plus, I came back and had 2 weeks worth of work to do in one week. So I guess you go on vacation, but you end up making it all up in the end. It kind of reminds me of when I would stay home sick from school and have fun watching cartoons, but then I would regret it the next night when I'd have twice the homework! Not that I regret going on my Honeymoon!
