Hardwood Flooring Done Right!

This is a letter I received this week in the mail from a hardwood flooring customer:

Dear Leamer Family,

I am writing to express my extreme satisfaction with our hardwood floor purchase. From the moment we walked into your store we felt welcomed and not pressured. Every single member of your family was extremely knowledgeable, conscientious about service, and great fun to work with. On top of that we feel like we got a phenomenal price on our floor!

The installers you sent were highly skilled and friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in our home, and they worked very hard to make sure we were pleased with every detail. Although our entire first floor has been remodeled over the past 6 months, the hardwood flooring is the item that has made the most impact, transforming the whole look and feel of our home. We cannot express enough how pleased we are!
